The scope of the contract shall include operation, management, expansion and ongoing technology enhancement of the university networks and associated systems, cabling and hardware necessary to support and further the university’s mission. The networks must be capable of optimally providing all voice, data, video and other special system requirements of the university at a level of quality that consistently meets or exceeds the University’s expectations. All cabling infrastructure becomes the property of Arizona State University immediately upon installation.
