Mr. Siaba is manager for the Citywide and Parking projects owned by the City of Miami Beach. He also is in charge of evaluating the structures or sites and develop improvements and in some instances design surface lots; prepare bid packages, award contracts, manage budgets, construction and close out projects. Prepare Commission memos and report to the City Manager’s Office.
