ROOFING EXPERIENCE:
Extensive experience in roof surveys and inspections, preparation of specifications and drawings for roofing projects, qualifying contractors, conducting pre-bid and pre-construction conferences and contract administration.
Specialist in roof asset management including: inspection, analysis of deficiencies, removal or repair and/or replacement budgets, roof drawings and placement of data collected. Contributes to the written portion of construction documents by employing his technical expertise in his chosen field – roof consulting – and his thorough understanding of CSI principles in every document he prepares for use in construction projects. These projects are often quite sizeable and complex. Notable projects include:
• Crittenden Center Re-roofing Project, Kansas City, MO. National Roofing Contractors’ Association “Excellence in Design” project finalist.
• West Virginia University Coliseum Re-roofing Project, Morgantown, WV
• Louisiana Superdome Re-roofing Project, New Orleans, LA

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
Telephone Company: Project involved the inspection, analysis of deficiencies, repair and/or replacement budgets, roof drawings and the placement of the data collected into a roof asset management database for 25 facilities.
Casino/Gaming Company: Project involved the inspection, analysis of deficiencies, repair and/or replacement budgets, roof drawings and the placement of the data collected into a roof asset management database for 6 facilities.
