Rick graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1978 and from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Masters of Engineering in Engineering Management in 1991. Rick have been employed at Tennessee Valley Authority for the past 27 years primarily as a project manager in facilities management related work. Rick has worked with design professionals and contractors on all types and phases of renovations and new construction. Rick is presently the Senior Manager responsible for these activities and also a licensed engineer in the State of Tennessee
