The course will cover the principles of leadership as distinct from management. Understanding of individual and professional personality and its application to leadership, group behavior and organizational dynamics as related to construction operations, team building in relation to construction practice, and development of a "personal leadership style" for application upon graduation. And finally cover development of communication skills with oral presentations and writing projects and role of professionalism and ethics in relation to construction leadership. |
