Development of multi-criteria decision procurement model for selecting the performing contractor. The application of the tools taught in Performance Based Systems course. Students are given a "mock" project to run. This includes collecting, inputting, and analyzing past performance information. Each student will learn to interpret and evaluate risk assessment plans. Be responsible for creating and using the Displaced Ideal Model (DIM). Learn interview rating techniques of project personnel in the selection process. |
